FM+4 Moon phase and Emotions
A sense of impending doom is a purging process and a normal part of this time. Ride through it and try not to be too critical of yourself. Facing these issues can bring up negative emotions. Forgive rather than blame today if something goes wrong.
Remember your highest ideals while considering what you will do on a break the next few days. If you do not have a plan for actual “time off,” then be sure to keep to familiar surroundings.
Take a break from the mundane details of your “busy-ness” and tickle the muse in something you enjoy to express yourself – music, poetry, dance, art.
FM+4 Moon phase and Mind
Plans have matured to the extent that is possible at this time. Take specific actions on your findings from your musings about the big picture, or make a note to incorporate them into the next phase of your plan. (“Plan! What plan?”) If you don’t have an active plan, then look around and take stock of where you are today. Consider the results of what you have done up to this time, whether planned or not.)
Remember all of that frantic activity last week while you were acting so fearless? This week is different. You are sitting now in the waning moon. That gutsy confidence may be turning in to something else this week. You know what I mean. If you don’t know what I mean, then practicing the cycle a few rounds will naturally bring a greater understanding. This change from fearless to fear helps you to find the best you that you can be, and sometimes that means a little downtime. The result is more success.
Recall the original plan from the new moon. Are you there? Be amused about it. Don’t complain and don’t explain. Play with some visions of what you would like to do next. Cultivate a sense that your plan is on the right track. Consider that change may be merely a different outlook. Sort out the difference between what you want to do, as opposed to what other people may want you to do.
For one day, let go of one rule that runs your life. In fact, it’s a great day to give away something and feel a certain freedom because of it.

Chances are you are feeling only confusion about work at this point in the week after the Full Moon. But there may not be an actual “enemy” to fight with as yet. That’s okay. Give up the idea today that “actions” are the only solution to the problem. That was last week. This week is about the meaning of recent actions. How does your thinking change?
In light of those insights, consider the next step in your work. This is one of the greatest challenges that the modern “move ahead” person has to face, and now we reach the whole point of working with the cycle. The very fact that you know this part of the cycle is all about growing and changing will give you great power, getting at the core of who you are and what your project is all about. Loosen up a little and be a human being for a change instead of a working machine.
